25.03 In the event that a new collective agreement provides for retroactive salary increases for elementary school teachers due to an increase in the salary scale, this retroactive effect also applies to the remuneration of long-term casual teachers who have worked on long-term tasks during the period in which retroactive adjustments are applicable. 20.00 Upon written request, copies of data relevant to the negotiation and management of this Agreement shall be made available to the Union, including, but not limited to: 30.01 Any correspondence between the Parties arising out of this Collective Agreement shall be addressed to the Director of Education or Director-Designate and to the President-Elect of the Union or president-elect. (a) lists of all employees covered by this Agreement; 8.05 If there are several complaints in similar cases, they may be heard jointly or considered as a single complaint by agreement of the parties. 8.12 The Board of Arbitration shall not have the right to amend, modify or supplement any part of this Agreement. 20.05 A casual teacher has the right to make a declaration of inclusion in his personal file in case of disagreement on the information contained in the personal file. 8.15 Nothing in this Article shall prevent the Parties from mutually agreeing to complaint mediation at any stage of the complaint/arbitration process. The agreement must be in writing and set out the name of the person and the schedule for mediation of complaints. The costs of the mediator shall be borne equally by both parties. (b) The normal salary date shall be the last working day of the month for the long-term occasional teacher and for the short-term occasional teacher. 8.08 If the defendant does not respond to a complaint within the time limits specified in one of the preceding steps, the complaint may be submitted to the next stage of the appeal procedure. If no satisfactory agreement is reached in Step 2, the union may submit the complaint to arbitration within twenty (20) days of receiving the response in Stage 2. â Performance in the field of education through commitment and service â 2.02 The Union shall from time to time inform the Bureau of persons authorised to act on behalf of the Union. .

(ii) An occasional teacher may be required to assist regular teachers in covering lessons on a day when a school does not receive the appropriate allowance from occasional teachers to cover the absence of teachers. 21.03 Casual teachers have access to the council`s on-the-job programs upon request on a voluntary basis and without remuneration. 8.04 If a complaint concerns a matter of general application or interpretation, the Union or the Committee shall initiate the complaint at stage 2 of the complaint procedure and within twenty (20) teaching days after the union or board of directors (as requested) became aware or ought reasonably to have known of the facts or circumstances giving rise to the complaint. However, the union does not have the right to complain about a question or circumstance that a single casual teacher might cry about, which should not circumvent the normal complaint procedure. (ii) the Committee shall examine matters concerning either the Committee or the Union;. 28.04 The casual teacher is responsible for advising the human resources manager (elementary) or appointing any change in status that would result in a change in the placement or a change in salary. Weather conditions that prevent a long-term occasional teacher from participating in the work should not interrupt the continuity of occasional teaching work in the long term. If a long-time casual teacher is unable to attend due to bad weather when the board has not closed the school to staff, payment for that day is at the discretion of the board.
